It is my last Saturday Night visit in Chester before our last 9 weeks in Spain after 22 years.........as long as the jet fuel arrives we will fly back on 18th June permanently in the UK. And as I reflect on the years in Spain and all my Four Seasons friends who helped me, I dipped back into my YT channel and a song that always reflects my love of doo-wop styled ballads. I visited the two second hand record/CD/cassette shops in Chester this week and found the owners saying that there is little interest in early 60s and mainly prog rock sells....BUT on vinyl......but then a guy walked in maybe in his 20s and asked where the Elvis collections where......whilst tech and prog rock was downstairs the 60s stuff was upstairs and so you really needed to look for it. These times we live in as 'oldies'. According to my friend Paul W Urbahns the only STEREO version of this is on the VJ Golden Hits album....but I created this from the single mix and the Frankie Valli 'solo' version found within the Four Seasons Partnerships LA storage..with centered vocals...but Snapper and Bob Gaudio didn't put it in the Anthology Box Set. When June comes and I return to the UK.....it will be time to celebrate all that was achieved since Stefan Wriedt started the MASTERS search 'campaign' back in 2000. But as this B side shows it all started back in 1962.
